IRT Worker, 1904

Lorenzo di Lavoro,
a construction worker who helped to construct
New York City's original subway line that
is called the Interborough Rapid Transit Company
or the IRT for short.

He was one of the forgotten thousands
that worked to build the  New York City
subway that we know today.
